The Sign Up process allows you to create a Wellthon account and subscribe to workouts. The steps below describe how to sign up.

Choose Your Wellthon Subscription

Wellthon offers a number of subscription options, which include one or more months of workouts. All subscriptions are pre-paid. The more months you buy, the lower your average monthly price.

All subscriptions include a one-time purchase of a Google Chromecast to stream workouts to your television, and a Wellthon Fitness Tracker to monitor the intensity of your workouts.

Simply select a subscription to begin your Sign Up.

Create Your Wellthon Account

After you choose a subscription, it takes just a few easy steps to create a Wellthon account.

Step 1: Create Your Wellthon Account

To begin, simply enter a valid email address and choose a password. The password must be at least eight characters long, and must include at least one number.

Step 2: Verify Your Email Address

Wellthon will send you an email message to make sure you can receive emails from us.

Please check your inbox for a message with the subject Confirm Your Wellthon Email from support@wellthon.com. Open it, and click the Confirm My Email link in the message. If you don’t see a message from Wellthon, please check your Spam or Junk Mail folders.

Once you’ve clicked the link, we can continue creating your Wellthon account. (It may take a few minutes for you to receive this email.)

Step 3: Check Your Mobile Device

Wellthon requires a smartphone or tablet that can run the Wellthon mobile app. Specifically, you must own an Apple iPhone or iPad, or a Google Android smartphone or tablet.

If you do not yet own a compatible mobile device, you can “pause” your Wellthon sign up and return when you have a new smartphone or tablet.

Step 4: Agree to the Terms of Service

Before you activate a subscription, you must first review and agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. You cannot move forward with Wellthon until you select “I Agree” to the terms and policies.

Step 5: Payment

To complete payment, you will require a valid credit card for your subscription and a valid shipping address for your Wellthon Fitness Tracker and Google Chromecast.

Complete Your Health Assessment

Wellthon customizes workouts to maximize your wellness and safety, which requires that we first collect some personal health information. This includes your height, weight, age, and gender.

This also includes adapted versions of the "Stay Independent" fall risk assessment distributed by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control, and the Parkinson's Disease Quality of Life (PDQL) questionnaire. All data is required to prepare your first Wellthon workout.

Create Your Care Team

Your Care Team is a list of people who will help you on your wellness journey. Wellthon records this information so we can share information with these individuals — with your permission — so they can help you get the most from your workouts.

These include someone to help set up and maintain your Wellthon technology, someone to help you complete your workouts, and someone to monitor your progress.

Getting Started

Once you’ve set up your Wellthon account, it’s time to get started on your wellness journey. There’s just a few steps to go.

Track Your Wellthon Equipment Delivery

A soon as you complete payment for your Wellthon subscription, we’re going to ship your Wellthon Fitness Tracker and Google Chromecast to you. You’ll receive an email with your shipment tracking link shortly after completing payment.

Workout Space

How much space is required for a Wellthon workout?

For the best experience, we recommend 6′ x 6′ floor space and a ceiling height of 8’. Ideally, this should be a space you can use consistently, without interrupting others or being interrupted.

For your safety, your workout area should have a non-slip flooring surface, and a clear view of the TV you’ll use to screencast workouts.

You should also have easy access to water, hand weights or weighted ball, and a sturdy armless chair (for balance or for seated workouts).

Still have questions? Feel free to send photos of your space to support@wellthon.com and we’ll be happy to take a look.
