Experts recommend you “exercise with intensity for as long as possible as often as possible” to see the biggest benefits against Parkinson’s. Our classes are never canceled, and you won’t miss workouts due to weather or scheduling conflicts.
Improved Neuroplasticity = Better Results
Our program uses the proven science of neuroplasticity. Cardio & strength training raises heart rate, which improves neuroplasticity, priming the brain to better learn (or relearn) skills. This boosts the effectiveness of exercises that target symptoms, like “Big” exercises or balance drills.

Our program includes over 100+ workouts, plus software designed to build and update a custom program for each member, just like a personal trainer would. It can also stream workouts to your TV to help you workout safely, and tracks your progress in the app's dashboard.
